Maven Gifts typically does not accept returns or replacements for products purchased through the website. However, if you believe there is a valid reason to return items, such as for damaged products or other issues, you can submit a return request on the website mavengifts.in with all relevant details. Please note that any return or replacement requests must be made within 3 hours of delivery.

If Maven Gifts approves your return request according to our policies, you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund, which will be at the Maven Gifts discretion.

Replacement:

If Maven Gifts agrees to replace the product, we will ensure that the replacement item matches the original product description, subject to stock availability.

Refunds:

If Maven Gifts agrees to refund the purchase price, the amount you paid for the product will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

To process returns and replacements, we or our agents will verify the following details:

  • A photograph of the products you wish to return
  • The invoice issued at the time of purchase
  • The original products must be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, and free from dents or scratches
    • The original packaging or box of the products
  • All product tags, MRP labels, and any other ancillary items must be intact and returned as-is

If we determine that there are quality issues with the returned products, we or our agents reserve the right to reject the return request.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Return requests for such items will not be accepted under any circumstances due to their nature.

Refund Policy

If Maven Gifts approves the Refund Option for returns and cancellations, we will refund the original purchase price of the products once we receive and accept your return in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refunds will be processed to your bank account using approved transfer methods within 7 business days. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation from the Maven Gifts up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date of the products you purchased, provided that the products are returnable according to the applicable Terms and Conditions. If Maven Gifts approves the cancellation, any amounts you paid for the purchase will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
